Our Leadership Team:

Michael R. Webb is one of three founders and the CEO of Michael Moto, LLC.  He is also Chairman of The Knowledge Webb, Inc - the world’s premier intellectual capital applications company recognized as one of the top 25 fastest growing companies in Colorado, with clients including 3M, AT&T, BMW-America, Sumitomo Electric Industries, R.R. Donnelley, The Boeing Company, Imation Corp., Qwest, Waste Management, Huaxing Technologies, and many others.

Prior to founding The Knowledge Webb in 1995, Michael was VP of Operations & Technologies for  U S West Communications, and helped lead international business development for the US West Marketing Resources Group as VP of Quality and Processes. He previously worked for Nippondenso Manufacturing in the North American manufacturing operations, starting up new operations and developing strategic relationships with both key suppliers and customers.  As an Executive Advisor in Seattle, Mr. Webb focused on the development of world-class manufacturing systems for The Boeing Company. He led senior executive transformation in designing world-class organizational processes at Boeing, including conducting five Japan study missions for Boeing’s CEO.  He has worked in 14 countries to establish new business ventures and develop business relationships with strategic partners.
Souichi Nakamura

Mr. Nakamura, is also one of the founders of Michael Moto, LLC, and the Executive Vice President of International. He is also the founder of Interpacific Network Corporation and has been the Executive Vice President, Global Business Development for The Knowledge Webb, Inc., TKW, since 2003. Mr. Nakamura combines a strong background in business development and Information Technology for Global 500 companies in the areas of telecommunications, broadcasting, consumer electronics, software development, microbiological process technology, commercial real estate development, organic and health food, fashion, apparel, and entertainment content development and distribution.

Prior to joining The Knowledge Webb in 2003, Mr. Nakamura worked for and with Japanese major integrated trading companies (Sogo-Shosha) and was in charge of exclusive distribution of one of America’s largest golf brand, new technology ventures including those developed by MIT Media Lab and other major universities or major technology groups, multi-hundred million dollar contracts and strategic relationship between Fortune 100 companies and Japanese major integrated trading companies (Sogo-Shosha).

He specializes in developing USA - Japan strategic business relationships and has established numerous new business ventures and close senior relationships with many major corporations, their affiliated companies, Venture Capitals both in Japan and US.

Mr. Nakamura is also known as a music producer and musician (Super Vocalist Award Finalist, Taurus Recod, one of the major labels in Japan / Guitarist, vocal, and drummer for a world music band distributed by Columbia Music Entertainment ), and over the years has been working with major record labels, production companies, entertainment management companies, TV stations, Radio stations, Newspapers and other media.  He was also instrumental in establishing Japan America Music Production, the first Japanese think-tank for the music industry in Japan.

Mr. Nakamura holds degrees in Law (LLB) and Commercial Science (B), and is bilingual in Japanese and English.

Gary M. Moskoff

Mr. Moskoff is the EVP Americas and a founder at Michael Moto.  Earlier in his career, he founded Sleeping Giant Solutions, LLC (SGS) in 2001; SGS is a strategic consulting and business development company which works with start-ups too Fortune 500 companies.  He focuses on helping companies develop long-term relationships, understanding the lifestyle of a brands client base which drives their success,  and growing their distribution channels.  From consumer sales to manufacturing, Mr. Moskoff has always worked with his partners and clients to have a global perspective.

Recently Mr. Moskoff worked with Brand House 07, BH07, a lifestyle branding and marketing agency rooted in fashion design, focused on Generation X and Y, there Mr. Moskoff acted as Vice President of Business Development and Brand Manager.  He also served as Vice President at Evil Genius Games, a video game company which produced Rhiannon’s Realm, a casual game global hit. Working in lifestyle marketing, branding, video games, and advertising Mr. Moskoff gained a true understanding of how to develop and launch a strong brand, while staying focused on ones core strategy, even during uncertain economic times.

Prior to starting SGS, Mr. Moskoff was an Account Executive for Nortel Networks’ emerging markets division.   He has held senior roles building and growing distribution channels at General Electric to manufacturing and has worked in a variety of industries including fashion, apparel, marketing, telecom, software, video games, social networks, broadcast, and high-tech.

Mr. Moskoff earned his Executive MBA at Colorado State University and graduated from Quinnipiac University with a degree in Marketing where he served as president of their student body.
